We are thrilled to invite you to join us for the 2026 PTT Summer Retreat, taking place from 6/18 to 6/22, 2026, in beautiful Cartagena, Colombia. This retreat will be a joyful celebration of YAHUAH and the incredible milestone of completing the Whole Truth Scriptures Translations and Distribution. It promises to be an unforgettable experience for families to connect, learn, relax, and grow together in faith and unity.

Please carefully fill out all fields in this form to secure your reservation. Before submitting, ensure you have reviewed and understand the strict NO REFUND POLICY located below the "Submit" button. Only 30 family spots are available, and reservations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-paid basis. You Must have a Valid Passport at the moment of filling out this form. If you are not 100% certain of your attendance, we kindly ask that you allow another family to take the spot and refrain from filling out the form.

Incomplete forms will not be considered and will be placed at the back of the line. The deadline to complete and pay for your reservation is 3/15/2026 or when Sold Out (whichever comes first); no reservations will be accepted after this date. After submission, the PTT team will review your form and, upon acceptance, email you a “PTT Waiver and Release of Liability Summer Retreat 2026” via DocuSign. Each attendee, including children (parents will sign for their children), must sign and return the waiver before receiving the payment link.

Accommodation and Pricing Information for the 2026 PTT Summer Retreat

We are excited to offer three accommodation options for your stay during the retreat. All prices include accommodation, 3 meals per day, transportation from airport to dock, sea transportation to island and return to airport, two (2) 3-Hour Group YAHUAH Training Sessions with Emissary Jay, Catamaran Ocean Tour with Beverages and Food included and more group activities (surprises) for the duration of the event.   2. Junior Suite (Total Rooms Available: 14) ***ONLY 2 ROOMS LEFT***
    Room accommodates a maximum of 4 people

  3. Master Suite (Total Rooms Available: 5) SOLD OUT!

Additional Guests Fees:

  • Additional child (2 - 9 years old): USD $150 per night

  • Additional child (10 years and older) or Adult: USD $250 per night

*Kids 0 - 2 years old are Free

For example:

  • A couple staying in a Bungalow with one additional child aged 2 - 9 years old would pay USD $2,600 for 4 nights.

  • A couple staying in a Master Suite with two additional adults would pay USD $4,600 for 4 nights.

  • A couple staying in a Junior Suite with one additional adult would pay USD $3,300 for 4 nights.

*Couples can be brothers and sisters in YAHUAH not only married couples

No Refund Policy:

Due to the extensive planning, coordination, and financial commitments required for the 2026 Promote The Truth Summer Retreat, we have established a strict NO REFUND POLICY. This policy applies to all reservations, regardless of the circumstances. Here are the key reasons for this policy:

1. Advance Payments:

To secure the event venue, accommodations, and various activities included in the 2026 PTT Summer Retreat, PTT Research Group Ltd/Promote The Truth must make advance payments to multiple vendors and service providers months before the event.

2. Vendor Coordination:

Coordinating a large event like the Summer Retreat involves intricate planning and collaboration with numerous vendors, including accommodation providers, transportation services, food and beverage suppliers, and activity organizers. Once these arrangements are made, changes or cancellations can incur significant costs and logistical challenges.

3. Limited Availability:

We have a limited number of spots available for families (people) to attend the Summer Retreat. When a reservation is made, it secures one of these valuable spots. A cancellation would mean that another interested family likely misses out on the opportunity.

4. Event Preparation:

Considerable resources and effort go into preparing for the event to ensure a memorable and seamless experience for all attendees. This includes creating personalized materials, organizing group activities, and ensuring all logistical aspects are covered well in advance.

5. Commitment to Vendors:

We are committed to supporting our vendors and service providers by honoring our agreements with them. This commitment helps maintain strong relationships and ensures that we can continue to offer high-quality services for future events.
