We’re gathering again! Join us for the 2025 Sakut under YAHUAH’s creation — 10 powerful days of unity, truth, and joy with the YAHUAH family of belief! Spaces are limited — don’t wait!

Please complete all fields on this form to submit your reservation for the 2025 Promote The Truth Sakut Gathering, taking place October 5–14, 2025.

Before submitting, please ensure the following:

Every person attending (including children) must have a valid passport at the time of form submission.
Only followers of YAHUAH are permitted to attend for this particular event. Spouses or children who are not walking in the ways of YAHUAH are not allowed to join this particular gathering.

Please also make sure to read and understand the strict NO REFUND POLICY located at the bottom of this form, below the “Submit” button.

If you are not 100% certain of your attendance, please do not reserve a spot that could be used by another family. Only 30 family spots are available. Incomplete forms will not be considered and will be placed at the back of the line.

The deadline to complete your reservation and payment is August 15, 2025, or until all spots are filled—whichever comes first. No reservations will be accepted after the deadline.

After submission, the Promote The Truth team will review your form. If accepted, you will receive a “PTT Waiver and Release of Liability Sakut 2025 Form” via DocuSign. This waiver must be signed and submitted for every attendee, including children. Once all waivers are received, you will be sent a link to make your payment.

Due to the extensive planning, coordination, and financial commitments required for the 2025 Promote The Truth Sakut Gathering, we have established a strict NO REFUND POLICY. This policy applies to all reservations, regardless of the circumstances. Here are the key reasons for this policy:

1. Advance Payments:

To secure the event venue, accommodations, and various activities included in the 2025 PTT Sakut Gathering, Promote The Truth must make advance payments to multiple vendors and service providers months before the event.

2. Vendor Coordination:

Coordinating a large event like the Sakut Gathering involves intricate planning and collaboration with numerous vendors, including accommodation providers, transportation services, food and beverage suppliers, and activity organizers. Once these arrangements are made, changes or cancellations can incur significant costs and logistical challenges.

3. Limited Availability:

We have a limited number of spots available for families to attend the 2025 PTT Sakut Gathering. When a reservation is made, it secures one of these valuable spots. A cancellation would mean that another interested family misses out on the opportunity.

4. Event Preparation:

Considerable resources and effort go into preparing for the event to ensure a memorable and seamless experience for all attendees. This includes creating personalized materials, organizing group activities, and ensuring all logistical aspects are covered well in advance.
