Upon acceptance, the team will then email you a “PTT Waiver and Release of Liability Sakut 2024 Form” via Docusign for you to submit. Each person attending, including children, must submit the waiver form. After receiving your “PTT Waiver and Release of Liability Sakut 2024 Form,” the team will then send you a link to make the payment.
